  • You can cancel your experience up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund.

    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, you will not receive a refund.

    • All weather-related cancellations are fully-refundable. (May take 3-5 business days to process)

    • Changes to your reservation made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted.

    • If the experience is canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.

    • If the experience is canceled because the minimum number of travelers is not met, you will be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

    • Confirmation: Confirmation will be sent to you at the time of booking.

    • Medical conditions: This tour is not recommended for travelers with heart problems, back problems, or who are pregnant.

    • Group size: We’re able to accommodate up to 6 travelers per boat.

    • Accessibility: This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Service animals are allowed.

    • Transportation: This tour is near public transportation.

    • Participation: Most travelers can participate in this tour.

FAQ’s

  • No, it is not required to make a reservation for banana boating. Walk-ups are accepted, but there may be a wait time if there are other groups ahead of you.

  • Wind and water conditions can affect all activities. The captain has the final say on whether or not conditions are safe for banana boating.

  • Refunds are not available for cancellations or no-shows.

  • There are no age or height requirements for banana boating. However, you must be able to fit into the smallest life jacket, which is sized for 45+ pounds.

  • Yes, we will work to fit everyone’s physical needs and requirements. However, you must be able to step up (stair level) onto the boat. The staff and captains reserve the right to determine if an individual is fit to participate.
